Public buildings have three problems at once: they are large, they are in use, and the existing documentation cannot be taken at face value. Laser scanning solves all three: 2 days on site for 4,500 m², without stopping activity, with plans checked against the real geometry.
What we deliver
Floor plans, sections, elevations and a 3D/BIM model (LOD 200–300), in DWG/IFC/RVT or ArchiCAD. For energy retrofits (EU funding) and technical assessments, measured documentation is what stands up to scrutiny.
