3D laser scanning and BIM modelling
Existing buildings, hospitals in use, halls, villas, complexes. Georeferenced point cloud, DWG plans, sections, elevations and a BIM model in ArchiCAD — built by our architects on the real geometry, not on old drawings.
Land surveying, cadastre and infrastructure
Topographic plans, cadastral documentation with OCPI acceptance, surveys for roads and utilities from mobile scanning and UAV photogrammetry. Surveying team in Râmnicu Vâlcea, projects nationwide.
Built heritage and restoration
Monasteries, churches, interwar villas, archaeological sites. Rigorous documentation before restoration starts: vaults, ornament, deformations — the real geometry, as the base for the conservation expert’s interpretation. Frăsinei, Arnota, Casa Albă Băneasa, Arutela.
Mobile mapping, drone and 360° documentation
Mosaic X for streets, façades and linear infrastructure; UAV flights for orthophotos and terrain models; 360° virtual tours for checking from the office. More than 20,000 images and 77 km published on Mapillary.
